Green Apple Tartines with Blue Cheese & Arugula

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 1/2" Baguette slices
  • 1 Green Apple
  • 1/4 Cup(s) Blue Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup(s) Arugula
  • 1 Tablespoon(s) OMG! D'Anjou White Balsamic Vinegar

PREPARATION

  1. Step 1.
    Preheat oven at 425 degrees. Cook baguette slices for 5 minutes.
  2. Step 2.
    Cut Green Apple into thin slices. Put in cold water with salt.
  3. Step 3.
    Slice Blue Cheese into thin slices. Set aside.
  4. Step 4.
    Take baguette slices out of oven when golden brown on the edges. Add Blue Cheese first and then add Green Apple slices. Top generously with Arugula.

SERVE

Drizzle on OMG! D'Anjou White Balsamic Vinegar, serve.
