Garlic Balsamic Roasted Red Potatoes





  1. Step 1.
    Preheat the oven to 425°F. Wash and dry the red potatoes. If using fresh onions, remove the outer skin and leave them whole. If using frozen onions, be sure to thaw and pat dry before use.
  2. Step 2.
    Combine the potatoes, onions, OMG! Traditional Garlic Balsamic Dipping Oil, and salt and pepper to taste. Toss to coat evenly. Put the mixture on a baking sheet and roast until cooked through and well browned, about 40 minutes, stirring halfway through cook time.


Serve as a side or as a main dish.
