Lemon-Herb Roasted Salmon




  • 1 lb Wild Caught Salmon Filet
  • 1 Teaspoon(s) Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 Cup(s) Panko bread crumbs
  • 1/4 Cup(s) OMG! Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Meyer Lemon
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 Cup(s) Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 Cup(s) Fresh Dill
  • 1 Teaspoon(s) Freshly cracked black pepper


  1. Step 1.
    Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Step 2.
    Place the salmon skin-side down on an oiled baking sheet or roasting pan. Remove all pin bones and pat dry. Sprinkle with salt.
  3. Step 3.
    In a small bowl, combine the panko bread crumbs, OMG! Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Meyer Lemon, garlic, parsley, dill, and pepper. Spread evenly over the salmon.
  4. Step 4.
    Roast the salmon 10-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
