The D'Anjou, Recipe #36

INGREDIENTS:

1 ounce of D'Anjou Pear balsamic over ice

6 to 8 ounces of sparkling water of your choice

Meyer Lemon Slice

PREPARATION:

Stir well and enjoy. To make it pretty try adding a spring of mint and or a slice of lemon. If you want alcohol add a shot of vodka. Adjust the vinegar to your taste.
